Maybe you are looking for the knowledge and expertise that comes with having a doula, but you would also like to keep your birth space more intimate.
Maybe you have questions or need tips postpartum but don't necessarily need someone present.
Maybe traditional doula services aren’t offered in your area, but you would still love support.
A Virtual Doula can meet these needs!
Virtual services differ from traditional in that all of our communication happens via Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, call, or text. There is no hands-on support, but you get the benefit of having one on one informational/emotional support to answer questions and walk you through what you're experiencing.
Full-Service Virtual Birth Doula
Free 30 minute Consultation via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom
1 - 2 hour Prenatal meetings to discuss your birth plan, what to expect in your birth setting, options, how to prepare your body for birth, and answer any questions you have about your labor or birth via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom
1- 1.5 Virtual Labor comfort measures and coping mindset class via Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom
Unlimited Text/Email availability for non-medical questions and recommendations (24 hour response time)
On-Call phone support during labor to answer questions, make recommendations, and help discuss options etc. (on-call period beginning 38 weeks)
1 - 1.5 hour postpartum meeting to process your birth experience and address newborn care/breastfeeding questions via Skype, Facetime or Zoom

A La Carte Virtual Birth Support
A La Carte options give you the ability to choose how often you would like to reach out. You can schedule as little as 30 minutes - up to 1.5 hour calls. This is perfect for those who need help crafting a birth plan, want to learn about comfort measures, or discuss preparing for birth and postpartum.
Investment:
30 minute call (Skype, FaceTime or Zoom) - $45.00
60 minute call (Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom) - $75.00
90 minute call (Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom)- $100.00
Virtual Postpartum Doula Support
Once baby’s arrived, a virtual postpartum doula can be a huge help. We’ll discuss tips for soothing your baby, answer breastfeeding questions, make recommendations for optimal infant sleep, postpartum recovery, and more. We can schedule flexible calls at times that are convenient for you.
